Kera PaoffKera Paoff graduated cum laude from Carson-Newman College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in French. She attended the University of Toledo, College of Law, and graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor in 2007. While in law school, she was a member and Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.

While in law school, Kera worked in the Domestic Violence clinic aiding victims of domestic violence and a shelter housing domestic violence victims. Following graduation, Kera worked at a law firm in Ohio solely representing individuals in employment and benefit matters until joining Madsen, Prestley & Parenteau in November of 2008.
